Iglesias ادعا می کنه که این ترانه رو در تور East Germany (شرق آلمان)، و در روزی غمناک و ملالت انگیز نوشته، وقتی مورد الهام سبک معماری گوتیکی (معماری شمال اروپا) قرار گرفته بوده.
در مورد ویدیوی این ترانه:
در این ترانه، Mischa Barton نقش معشوقه Iglesias رو بازی می کنه.
در مصاحبه ای که انریکو با KIIS-FM در رادیو انجام داده بود، گفته که ایده این ویدیو از فیلم Midnight Express الهام گرفته شده.
Iglesias که در زندان هستش و عیادت های محدودی می تونه داشته باشه. انریکو هم که به معشوقه اش خو گرفته، نمی تونه اونقدر که می خواد ببینتش. در پایان ویدیو، فهمیده می شه که هیچ زندانی وجود نداره و انریکو به معشوقه ش خو گرفته.
